Role: Account Director 

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working, 2 days from our Stockley Park client offices, 1 day from our central London office)

What you will be doing: 

As an Account Director, you will own the overall client relationship and serve as the central point of contact for both the client and our dedicated agency team. You will be responsible for financial oversight of the account, working in partnership with client stakeholders and internal agency departments. Your leadership will ensure a culture of accountability and collaboration, driving successful delivery against performance, operational, and strategic KPIs. 

The team environment is dynamic and supportive, thriving on the diverse strengths of its members to deliver innovative B2B solutions. Your leadership will ensure the team meets performance, operational, and strategic KPIs, and you'll be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and guiding future planning initiatives. Your role will involve producing management information to guide future planning and identifying growth opportunities, building robust relationships at all levels. As a confident and engaging communicator, you will effectively present strategies and solutions, contributing to account success. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 5+ years of relevant client servicing experience, ideally from an advertising agency or related industry 
  • High energy and gravitas as a senior leader, with the ability to drive the account forward. 
  • Innovative strategic thinker with solid grounding in B2B marketing. 
  • Ability to identify and cultivate new opportunities contributing to account revenue growth. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to oversee every aspect of the account. 
  • Clear understanding of client business objectives and the ability to align strategies accordingly. 
  • Experience in establishing and sustaining meaningful client partnerships with a strong commercial focus. 
  • Results-driven approach with experience in creating and executing business plans driven by growth targets. 
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and solutions and cascading information throughout teams.
