Role:  Shoot Producer

Location:  London

About the role: 

The Senior Producer is responsible for running all types of productions from brief through delivery, managing projects with budgets up to £500k. Working under the guidance of the Executive Producer, you'll oversee integrated campaigns across TVC, digital, and print platforms while supervising and mentoring junior team members. This role requires someone who can balance creative execution with commercial delivery, ensuring projects run on time and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of production quality.

What you will be doing: 

  • Own end-to-end production from brief to fulfilment for projects with budgets up to £500k
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across TVC, digital, and print platforms, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand objectives
  • Lead cross-discipline integrated shoot solutions for multiple stakeholders and manage heavy workloads under pressure
  • Liaise with clients, creatives, account management, and production stakeholders to capture requirements and campaign vision 
  • Advise on campaign scope, feasibility, estimates, and schedules while promptly raising cost, creative, or execution issues
  • Build and manage relationships with print, digital, and TV producers and vendors to maximise production value and budget efficiency 
  • Integrate AI production tools and current technology trends to drive production efficiencies
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement functions including triple-bid processes
  • Oversee international shoot logistics, particularly in Europe, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Supervise post-production processes, managing deadlines, editing timelines, and flagging potential issues
  • Line manage, supervise, and mentor mid-weight and junior producers
  • Participate in pitches and new business opportunities 
  • Lead departmental initiatives in sustainability and diversity

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Minimum 8 years' experience delivering integrated campaigns within an advertising agency environment
  • In-depth knowledge of TVC, digital, and print production workflows
  • Proven experience managing project budgets up to £500k, including financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation 
  • Strong track record executing campaigns across multiple platforms and media
  • Experience with AI production tools and implementing these to drive cost and time efficiencies
  • Experience managing international shoots, particularly in Europe
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and new media with capacity to leverage these in advertising strategies
  • Proven ability to lead triple-bid processes and communicate effectively with procurement teams
  • Excellent communication skills in high-pressure and client-facing environments
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to set boundaries, milestones, and hold others accountable
  • Proactive approach with strong initiative and ability to identify and manage project risk
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve optimal outcomes for agency and clients
