About the role: 

The Integrated Project Managerrole is a highly experienced project manager, demonstrating delivery excellence, grounded in formal agency and project management methodology. Through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the role champions and builds close collaboration with our clients and internal delivery teams.  

As well as delivering a diverse portfolio of projects and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, the Senior Integrated Project Manager demonstrates and champions best practice project and stakeholder management methods, shaping and driving continuous improvement of Market Development’s delivery methodology. They build a culture of collaboration, transparency and customer focus across stakeholders. They demonstrate role model behaviours, and contribute to project team onboarding, capability development and planning, including coaching and guidance.  

Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Project Manager will manage end-to-end processes on digital-commerce and social media projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.

What you will be doing: 

  • Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution  
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved  
  • Work with project team to optimize application of principles, methodologies and tools of project management and quality service delivery. 

Decision making / Leading People 

  • Lead planning and execution of complex, end to end projects, throughout the delivery life cycle, to ensure the project outcomes are achieved, working with internal and external project stakeholders as required.  
  • Champion and drive Project Management focus, to meet or exceed target Client ‘Positive Experience’ targets for the region.  
  • Support peers and leadership to implement and embed continuous improvement of program/project governance, pipeline and delivery methodology. 

Problem solving 

  • May specialise in a particular service area for Market Development, acting as a point of contact and trusted advisor for team members and customers  
  • Support team and customer in assessment and resolution of complex subject matter queries, incl. planning, pricing, risk mitigation, dependency management, and stakeholder management  
  • Proactively Identify and mitigate project risks and issues across project scope, schedule, cost, quality, benefits and resources, collaborating with internal or external stakeholders, and delegating or escalating appropriately to resolve effectively and efficiently  
  • Where appropriate manage the preparation, facilitation of and outputs from project solutioning/ delivery meetings and workshops, taking a solution-focussed approach and identifying opportunities to implement process or solution improvements  
  • Identify, measure and report on relevant project performance metrics/KPIs  

Collaboration 

  • Demonstrate and facilitate close collaboration between internal and external project team members to develop and deliver project plans, including external vendors, customers and regulatory representatives as required  
  • Communicate regularly and unambiguously with key stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project status, activities and responsibilities, while addressing risks and issues in a timely manner; Champion and embeds a solutions-focussed, value mind-set within the team  
  • Collaborate with Project Management community to support and leave other PMs, ensure consistency, share knowledge, learnings and experiences, and build collective capability; Collaborate and share learnings with peers, and provide coaching and guidance to other team members  

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 7-10 years’ experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media  
  • Strong proven project management skills and experience  
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.  
  • Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports  
  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects  
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once  
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own  
  • Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
