Role:  Content Creator

Location:  London, United Kingdom

About the role:

As Content Creator within the client's team, you'll be responsible for producing and adapting social-first content across platforms and markets — supporting both always-on activity and campaign moments. You'll bring briefs to life efficiently, build modular content systems that scale, and use performance signals to continuously sharpen your output. This is an execution-focused role with real creative scope: you'll concept, shoot (where applicable), edit, and finish content ready for immediate use.

What you will be doing:

  • Create high-quality social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other key platforms — covering short-form video, static assets, and motion-based content.
  • Turn creative briefs into clear, engaging, platform-native outputs — including captions, hooks, and scripts — quickly and without compromising quality.
  • Develop content ideas that bring the client's brands into relevant cultural and platform moments with authenticity.
  • Build modular content systems — templates, variants, cut-downs, and localisation-ready assets — that can be scaled efficiently across markets.
  • Adapt content for multiple European markets (including UK and France), ensuring cultural relevance, language accuracy, and platform-specific optimisation.
  • Manage content through approval workflows — ensuring all work meets legal, compliance, and brand requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Data Analysts, and Account teams to keep content aligned to both campaign and always-on needs.
  • Use performance data and platform signals — engagement, saves, retention — to refine formats, improve quality, and identify what to scale.
  • Maintain high standards in visual quality, editing, and brand representation, with accessibility and inclusivity considered in every output.
  • Work with creators, influencers, and external partners where relevant.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A strong portfolio of social-first content — video and static — produced for consumer brands, ideally in FMCG.
  • Proven skills in concepting, shooting (where applicable), and editing and finishing content for social platforms.
  • Deep, current knowledge of platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts — and a clear understanding of what drives engagement.
  • The ability to work at pace, manage multiple content streams simultaneously, and deliver without compromising craft.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines, approval processes, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools including Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, and/or Figma.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to content creation — including ideation support, production speed, versioning, and adaptation workflows.
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply strong creative judgement — using AI as a tool, not a shortcut.
  • Agentic approach to creative problem-solving: you break down briefs systematically and find clear, efficient paths to great content.
  • Experience working in multi-market environments or in-house/embedded studio setups.
  • Familiarity with influencer and creator-led content.
  • Understanding of paid social best practice — variants, testing, safe zones.
  • Experience building scalable content systems and localisation-ready assets.
  • Formal qualifications are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience — gained through work, self-directed learning, or other routes — counts equally.
