Role: Integrated Designer

Location: United Arab Emirates

About the role:

This mid-senior design role sits at the intersection of concept and craft. You'll work independently across a broad range of integrated briefs, taking design decisions with authority and contributing to the creative quality of everything the studio produces. Beyond your own output, you'll bring a collaborative instinct — sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and helping to raise the standard of the work across the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, print, retail, and OOH
  • Design visual solutions that meet client objectives and campaign requirements, consistently delivering high-quality assets across formats and platforms
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate strategic insights into clear, impactful visual communications
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, account managers, and social media teams to develop ideas that are original, coherent, and effective
  • Produce artwork and production-ready assets across multiple channels and formats — including static and animated online banners, Meta and TikTok content, OOH, print, and retail
  • Storyboard and develop animation concepts for motion and video content
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines while exploring creative possibilities within that framework
  • Present design work clearly, articulating your rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Support junior designers informally, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of craft excellence within the studio
  • Apply Gen AI tools to enhance ideation, your design process, and output quality — maintaining critical judgment over final creative decisions
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital design best practices

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong integrated design capability across static and motion, with the ability to concept and execute across digital, social, print, retail, and OOH
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong typography, layout, and technical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of static and animated online banners, social content formats (Meta and TikTok), OOH, print, and retail
  • Understanding of responsive design principles across digital platforms
  • Experience storyboarding and developing animation concepts for motion and video content
  • Strong grasp of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across channels
  • Ability to present design rationale clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Familiarity with UX principles and digital and social technology trends (advantageous)

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Strong proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design — including image generation, ideation, and workflow tools — to enhance output quality and efficiency
  • Experience building and refining personal AI-assisted workflows for consistent craft improvement
  • Agentic approach to problem-solving: breaking complex, multi-step briefs into clear actions and executing with focus
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgment to protect creative quality
  • Growing comfort sharing AI approaches and best practice with peers and junior collaborators
