Role: Integrated Designer

Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Integrated Designer, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality creative output across a wide range of formats and channels for a high-profile B2B client. This is a mid-level role for a confident, multi-disciplinary designer who works independently from brief to delivery, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and brings genuine creative ideas to every brief.

You'll collaborate with a diverse team across UK and offshore locations, build strong client-facing relationships, and play an active role in the day-to-day creative output of the studio. There is scope to grow into a people management role as the studio develops.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver design across digital, print, social, and animated formats — from brief to final execution — working within Client's brand guidelines.
  • Produce a range of assets including online banners (static and animated), social posts (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn), email layouts, presentation decks, and print collateral.
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts across campaigns and projects, presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders and responding to feedback constructively.
  • Repurpose and reformat existing assets efficiently across channels and formats, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
  • Embed AI and automation tools into your creative workflow to improve output quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working to defined timeframes and maintaining quality for a high-profile client.
  • Monitor investment industry trends and developments in branding, marketing, and digital design to keep the studio's creative output at the leading edge.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Integrated Designer and wider team — UK-based and offshore — ensuring clear communication and seamless handover.
  • Build strong working relationships with the client and stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the development of more junior team members where appropriate, with an interest in growing into a people management role over time.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong design craft across digital, print, and motion, with a digital-first mindset and comfort working across multiple media and formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)
  • You have motion experience and can confidently use After Effects.
  • Experience designing in Figma, including UI layouts and email design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, social media formats, web design, and UX principles.
  • Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively for a demanding, high-profile client.
  • Confidence presenting creative ideas to clients and stakeholders, and translating feedback into clear, quality output.
  • Familiarity with the B2B sector or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Experience with Pencil or similar AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design — including image generation, asset automation, and prompt-based creative workflows — to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to enhance delivery speed and creative quality.
  • Agentic approach to project development and problem-solving: able to break down complex briefs into clear steps and find efficient, high-quality solutions independently.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply design judgment to ensure brand standards and quality are maintained.
