Role: Senior Content Manager - 3 month FTC

Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role:

As Senior Content Manager, you'll own client's content strategy across multiple platforms - including Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central, and PIM — and lead the workflows that bring it to life. You'll act as the connective tissue between brand, marketing, and creative teams, bringing strategic rigour and hands-on execution in equal measure. From NPD launches to ongoing content maintenance, you'll set the standard for quality and consistency across every channel.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement content strategy that serves client's commercial objectives, including A/B testing plans for Amazon product pages
  • Lead end-to-end content management across all publishing platforms: case raising, set-up, upload, editing, amends, and ongoing maintenance
  • Serve as NPD project lead for content creation, development, and publishing on DCOMM, ensuring best-in-class product launches
  • Manage content execution projects from scoping and asset review through to proposal creation and creative team alignment
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, on-brand, and error-free across every channel and platform
  • Collaborate with product, brand, and marketing teams to align content with strategic requirements and brand guidelines
  • Partner with the copywriter and designers to produce content that is visually rich and copy-strong, within best-in-class guidelines
  • Use data and commercial insight to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor team workflows and content management processes, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and timelines
  • Build proactive working relationships across the wider business, keeping key stakeholders informed and aligned

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Proven experience in content management, spanning strategy development, platform publishing, and end-to-end project delivery
  • Hands-on proficiency with Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central, and PIM platforms
  • Experience managing content projects — scoping, briefing, asset review, proposal creation, and creative team alignment
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to product content and digital channels
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring small creative teams
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to build effective relationships across brand, product, and marketing functions
  • Data-informed approach to decision-making, with an understanding of how commercial priorities shape content strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality under shifting timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Planner
  • Experience within the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG sector (desirable)
  • Advanced use of Gen AI tools to enhance content output, workflow efficiency, and publishing quality
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for yourself and your team
  • Ability to guide others on effective, responsible AI tool usage within a content context
  • Agentic approach to complex, multi-step content challenges — from brief through to live publication
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight applied to all published content
