Working closely with the Brand and Content Manager, Omnichannel team, and external creative partners, you'll translate audience insight and campaign priorities into high-quality, performance-driven content.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll manage content calendars, run channel audits, oversee third-party agencies, and use data to inform what gets made and how it performs — with an eye on emerging AI-driven discovery as the content landscape evolves.
What you will be doing:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports customer journey requirements across paid and owned channels, including SEO
- Partner with Omnichannel and Media teams to understand audience testing strategies and define the right message, for the right person, at the right time
- Maintain and update the content calendar alongside the Content Executive, aligned to campaign and brand priorities
- Conduct regular content audits across channels to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and relevance
Briefing and Execution
- Create clear, insight-led creative briefs and deliverable lists for the Creative Studio, ensuring high-quality, engaging content output
- Work with the Omnichannel team to identify optimal messaging for different audience personas, shaping the briefing process
- Manage third-party creative partners through the full briefing, review, and amends cycle, maintaining clear and consistent communication
- Oversee content assets optimised for SEO, in collaboration with Omnichannel, CRM, and Digital Product teams
Emerging Channels and Optimisation
- Lead exploration into how content can be optimised for LLMs and AI-driven discovery journeys, identifying best practices for future SEO performance
- Support A/B testing of content variants across channels, using performance data to inform iterations
Performance and Reporting
- Track delivery against content KPIs and benchmarks, contributing to regular reporting and analysis
- Monitor content performance across channels and surface insights to inform future content development
- Support the Brand and Content Manager in identifying optimisation opportunities based on testing and performance data
Stakeholder and Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, external partners, and cross-functional marketing colleagues
- Drive strategic alignment across Media, Brand, Communications, and Creative teams to support cohesive omnichannel journeys
- Share content best practice and emerging trends through knowledge-share sessions and team training
Budget Administration
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring all creative costs are accurately logged in Group systems
- Maintain and manage content on the Brand Portal and asset management system, ensuring accurate tagging for efficient reuse
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience managing third-party creative agencies to deliver high-quality branded content across multiple channels
- Solid understanding of paid and owned content channels, including CRM, SEO, social, display, and PPC
- Grounded knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, with an emerging awareness of LLM-driven content discovery
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable CRM platform to support campaign execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you build relationships quickly, communicate clearly, and can influence across teams
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines without dropping the detail
- Sharp attention to detail, with a consistent focus on brand alignment and content quality
- A customer-centric mindset — you think about the end user and what will resonate at each stage of their journey
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, fully remote
- Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to content creation, briefing, and optimisation
- Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
- Genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping content discovery and SEO — and the ability to translate that into practical recommendations
- Agentic approach to content planning: able to break down complex briefs, identify the most efficient path to quality output, and adapt as priorities shift
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and apply clear editorial judgement
