Role: Integrated Designer

ROLE MISSION 

Working in partnership with our clients, the Integrated Designer will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales, taking into account quality, accuracy and consistency. A working knowledge of designing across devices demonstrating expert understanding of HTML5.  Staying familiar with digital online trends and new technologies is needed for this role.  

  

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... 

You are someone who is keen to work closely with the client and have a deep understanding of the complexities around working together with clients.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE 

• You will be working across many different categories, producing design to the client’s toolkit and exacting standards. 
• Act as a brand guardian, producing high quality artwork within tight timelines for print and digital.    
• You will need to proactively manage projects within agreed timescales, taking into account quality and consistency.   
• Producing marketing collateral within brand guidelines 
• Creating HTML5 banners with Adobe animate
• Working on a variety of different channels, from Email Newsletters to Digital and social campaigns, website and app content and print advertising.  

  

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL  

• A solid understanding of digital and print design 
• You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and proactive ideas-generation.
• Evidence, in the form of a portfolio, of your ability to contribute across the whole design process, from briefing through to delivery
• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate and After Effects.
• Ambitious, pro-active and naturally curious with a desire to discuss and share ideas
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written, and the ability to present, support and provide written rationales for your work.
• Highly organised individual with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under own initiative to strict deadlines
• Desire to continue learning and developing your skillset
• Flexible, creative and enthusiastic – team player
