Social Media Creator
ROLE MISSION
As part of our growing team, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team, to work on the social media strategy and execution for one of Ireland’s biggest brands. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who loves creating content and has a genuine passion for social media.
This opportunity is perfect for a talented, experienced, and organised individual who can translate brand personality into conversations on social media, understands how to best leverage social’s unique strengths, and sees the bigger picture for a brand’s presence on social at a national scale.

You are a versatile person who can easily work across ideation, creative development, content creation & distribution. Knowledge of paid media is an advantage.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
The Social Media Manager will work on one client account and report to the Senior Account Director. This is a client-facing role, working closely with the client brand team, local marketing teams and the client’s agency partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Steward of the clients’ online personality
- Working from concept to delivery of content creation
- Work in true collaboration with the client brand team to set out campaign and content plans for all relevant platforms
- Help drive best practice and innovation across all social campaigns and content development
- Drive dialogue and engagement with the digital audience
- Ensure all content is delivering against the social strategy, objectives and KPIs
- Bring a social first perspective to the development of integrated campaigns, working alongside the creative team as part of an Interagency Team to advise on the right approach for social assets for the brand’s channels
- Support teams to ensure best practices and learnings are implemented and advise on asset relevance for community and channels
- Identify proactive opportunities for engagement and reactive content in channel
- Write inventive, attention-capturing content
- Develop an annual content calendar and create concepts that are relevant to the client while considering pop culture, trends, and commercial dates
