Digital Operations Manager

This role requires a blend of operational expertise, project management skills, and technical knowledge to manage digital assets, optimize user experiences, and maintain seamless online operations. Additionally, analytical expertise to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and manage the delivery of key commercial initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management as well as the day-to-day operation of a digital creative agency, with top-level client service skills being the main contact and negotiation with them.

Proven track record in managing digital operations environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in delivery. This position offers the opportunity to innovate and lead a team which significantly contributes towards the company’s growth and successes.

What you will be doing: 

  • Oversee and manage the operations & delivery day-to-day planning, deployment and delivery roadmap, timelines and budgets to deliver upon day-to-day management and operational implementation activities for smooth delivery, staying within budget.
  • Create processes for new entries (check list, platforms, access, onboarding).
  • Understanding client requirements and needs for creating proposals and negotiations (teams, platforms, budgets, scoops, etc.)
  • Monitoring projects, campaigns and deliverables with account leaders and creative teams.
  • Supporting the identification of opportunities, dependencies and key enablers; as well as, identifying risks and mitigation approaches to remove speed bumps for smooth delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams or the Consumer Experience Operations team onsite to allocate resources effectively, monitor timelines, and ensure that all digital operations align with broader business objectives and deliver on strategic goals.
  • Lead and manage the onsite Consumer Experience Digital Operations team, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence. Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed to execute daily operations effectively and meet strategic objectives.
  • Identify and implement new marketing technologies.
  • Management of team leaders as well as constant monitoring of accounts and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor business activities and performance.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

 

  • Proven experiences in Creative Agency as a Digital Operations and/ or Project Management.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership. Is able to work independently on projects, collaborate effectively within teams and cross functionally, as well as manage clients and Agency Partners.
  • Proficiency in Marketing process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the internal team and client
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Financial planning and strategy (budgeting)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communications or related field
  • At least 7 years proven experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role in CREATIVE agency.
  • English Level: Advanced in Writing, Listening and Speaking
  • Experience in marketing agencies
