Little Bit About the Role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Designer to join the OLIVER+ global family and network. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and create compelling visuals that communicate inspiring and informative ideas.

Your design experience should be diverse, with your portfolio showcasing projects executed for past or present clients. These may include social media content, digital assets, basic motion graphics, BTL print elements, and interactive PowerPoint presentations, though you’re not limited to these areas. We look forward to seeing a broad range of your experience, as well as your ability to express concepts and ideas through graphics and language within the realm of visual communication. 

In this role, you will design and produce concepts all the way to the final artwork stage for a variety of outputs. You will work under the guidance of a Design Team Lead, Account Manager, and Project Manager. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in an agency or design firm and a portfolio that reflects this expertise. 

You will operate within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork that meets the client’s brief and high standards. You will proactively manage projects within agreed timelines, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency. We expect you to maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects while learning from others and developing your craft along the way. 

 

 

 

What You'll be Doing: 

 

  • Meet with clients, account teams, and project teams to clearly understand the brief. 
  • Conduct design research to deliver fresh insights and demonstrate effectiveness through knowledgeable understanding. 
  • Work collaboratively on projects from ideation to implementation. 
  • Apply integrated design thinking across print, social content, and digital marketing. 
  • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects. 
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates in your work. 
  • Work under direction while also demonstrating initiative. 
  • Present your work internally and to clients, managing workloads within agreed timelines. 
  • Stay updated on current design trends. 
  • Understand best practices for creating exceptional content, including e-commerce and mobile-first assets. 

 

What You'll Need: 

  • A portfolio that includes traditional and digital design work, highlighting relevant examples such as social media, digital assets, email design, event materials, infographics, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • A strong sense of personal responsibility for quality control, presentation, and accuracy in all work. 
  • solid understanding of graphic design principles and best practices. 
  • Real working experience with brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (medium to advanced level) is required. 
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus. 
  • A deep affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
  • A team player who can build strong, effective working relationships. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate designs in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment. 
  • A strong sense of curiosity, creativity, and ambition. 

 

Good to have: 

  • Experience working with robust brand guidelines and design systems. 
  • Multi-market experience. 
  • An understanding of social media trends.
