At OLIVER+, a fully remote operations, we create visually stunning, impactful and effective creative. As a part of the OLIVER+ Centralized IT team, you will be responsible for overall IT service delivery in the region and timely execution of IT initiatives, including the asset management, asset procurement & coordination, maturing IT vendor networks. This role will also be a key liaison between the region and central IT teams.
To achieve this, you will be expected to align regional initiatives with our central Group IT strategy and ensure the regional IT engineers are appropriately trained to deliver an excellent customer service and a well-oiled regional IT operations so that the business can achieve the goals that has been set for the organization.
What you will be doing:
Regional IT Planning and Coordination:
- Drive and own regional IT operational excellence through strategic planning that response to business growth.
- Help to support the setup of remote IT operations in market.
- Report to Regional Manager on regional IT KPIs performances.
- Asset Management: Coordinate dispatch, collection, maintenance, data hygiene management and procurement of all equipment and kits.
- Setup and optimize equipment operational logistics (such as storage, shipment, customs clearance, etc.)
- Expand, mature, and maintain equipment supplier networks to meet business’ needs, including Amazon Business marketplace (if applicable).
- Be the escalation point for all regional IT-related cases that require hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving when needed.
- Assist and manage new joiners (FTE, Freelancers) IT setups.
- Develop and present IT Best Practices to staff.
- Train, onboard, manage and develop direct reports.
Centralized IT Activities:
- Provide 1st line systems support of users, Desktop, Laptop and Printer infrastructure.
- Support Mac OSX, Windows 10 operating systems
- Escalate IT issues where necessary
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and other cloud-based systems
- Set up and configure new laptops and desktops (Mac and PC)
- Install antivirus to all desktops and laptops (Mac and PC)
- Report faults and maintain logs on servers, desktops and laptops (Mac and PC)
- Complete internal user moves including phones
- Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained
- Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
- Ensure licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained
- Set up new users and disable expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
- Utilize JAMF and Team Viewer remote management tools
- Assist Senior Support Technician in solution analysis and design activities
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant developments in respect of ICT and strategy within your role
- Manage Active Directory and One login
- Ensure that routine maintenance and processes are reviewed, maintained, and completed
Nice to have:
- Own the regional IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and availability, including making recommendations for the modernization of ageing equipment in a very fast-moving environment.
- Oversee the deployment of client-side infrastructure in line with client requirements and in conjunction with the implementation teams.
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Build, establish and implement cost effective infrastructure implementations onsite.
What You'll Need:
- Proven work experience in IT
- Experience in IT domain, and IT Systems Administration in mid-to-large enterprise preferred
- Enthusiastic self-starter and must have fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be appropriately resourceful and a keen trouble-shooter
- Must have a professional attitude, good work ethic and efficiently pursue attention to detail
- The candidate should be familiar using typical office environment tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
- The candidate should have an understanding of the advertising production environment applications like the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Leadership potential and management skills.
- Ability to supervise teams and managing cross-functional departments.

- Qualifications: A+, N+. MCSE, LVL 3 Tech and/ Diploma in IT
- Experience in years: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- As support, your typical hours will be a minimum of 40 hours a week, but the days and times might vary based on shifts to make sure the helpdesk support function is eventually open for business
