Role: Mid Integrated Designer (Digital/Motion)

About the role:
We are seeking a Designer with a strong ability to think strategically and creatively, bringing specialized skills in templatized and innovative design. This role is crucial for creating visually compelling, brand-consistent marketing materials across various media channels, requiring an understanding of brand guidelines and collaborative work within a fast-paced environment.

Your role will support strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work.
What you will be doing:
- Design Creation: Develop and execute impactful designs for digital, print, video, and other marketing collateral.
- Specialized Expertise: Utilize your skills in templatized thinking to enhance design consistency and creativity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across materials and channels.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, video producers, and other creatives to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, including revisions and approvals.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to meet brand standards, conducting regular reviews.
- Adaptation and Localization: Modify designs for diverse markets and languages, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance visual presence.
What you need to be great in this role:
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field.
- A portfolio or reel that showcases your art direction and motion design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Family, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- AI tool management/prompting highly appreciated.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English – will receive briefings and collaborate daily in English due to the nature of the client.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
