Role: Technical Training Specialist 12 months FTC

Location: South Africa - Remote

 

About the role: 

Are you passionate about education and technology? We’re looking for a Virtual Instructor-Led Trainer to join our team. You’ll deliver engaging training on our proprietary software applications, ensuring that every participant not only understands but excels in using our tools. 

What you’ll be doing 

Collaborate, Innovate & Educate – The main purpose of this role will be to deliver best in class instructor led training to support the deployment of technology across the organisation.  

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions on the use of artificial intelligence and in house proprietary tech.
• Simplify complex software features into easily understandable concepts.
• Create a dynamic learning environment that promotes participant engagement.
• Provide support and follow-up to ensure participant competence.
• Facilitate learning and support in our online communities. 
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials.
• Organise and manage a busy training schedule for a small training delivery team. 

 

About you – what we’re looking for 

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience delivering instructor led training (preferably in technology platforms).
• You are an engaging, interactive and passionate trainer with the natural ability to translate complex topics into plain language. 
• Ability to connect with participants and adapt to their learning styles.
• Ideate, innovate and challenge - finding new and creative ways to engage learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build good working relationships with ease.
• Have a passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
• You will have a curious mind and be keen to understand and share current trends in learning theories, approaches and techniques.
