Awareness of GenAI technology has exploded over the last 12 months - and with it, a whole new world has opened up for creators in advertising.
Our client is a leading marketing and advertising agency. Established in 2004, they are the first and only company to design, build, and run bespoke in-house agencies and ecosystems for brands. Today, they create work that delivers business growth, fame, and purpose for over 200 clients in 46 countries and counting. Their unique model moves at the speed of modern business to drive change from the inside out; working smarter to make clients’ money go further, and helping them build better solutions, systems, and brands.
Forming the backbone of the agency’s ability to successfully deliver such a model at scale is its proprietary end-to-end marketing resource management platform, plus several associated specialist tools/platforms. The platform serves over 4,000 end users across multiple regions, as well as across internal users and external client teams, and is integral to the way the business tracks, performs, and measures its success.
We are seeking an entry-level Training Administrator to support our Technology Deployment team in delivering technology online and virtual training programs across the organization. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop new skills. The ideal candidate will be professional and reliable, with the ability to work well in a team setting. They should have a problem-solving mindset and an organized, methodical approach to their work. Additionally, patience and a service-oriented attitude are essential qualities for this role.
What You'll be Doing:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions
- Assist with user setup in training platforms and workspaces
- Maintain attendance records and training registrations
- Support certification tracking and documentation
- LMS course maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collect training feedback
- Assist in creating basic reports on training metrics
- Help maintain training calendars
- Send communications to training participants
- Organize digital training materials
- Provide basic technical support for virtual training sessions
- Supporting the administration of the AI mentorship program
What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital tools
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and basic reporting
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Interest in technology and AI tools
- Experience with calendar management
- Basic project coordination experience
