Role: Web Analytics Lead
Location: Remote
A Little Bit About the Role:
You will play an integral part leading delivery of Oliver+ for clients across web analytics, data strategy, architecture, media, or user-centric site optimization. You will manage a team of data analysts and set a high bar of quality for client focused delivery, reporting directly to the executive director.
What You'll be Doing:
Given the often-evolving nature of client engagements, you demonstrate technical, strategic and organizational understanding of the challenges your clients are facing.
- Manage a portfolio of projects for Tier-1 clients with both local & international stakeholders
- Lead and train a team of consultants to ensure quality of the deliverables, client satisfaction and overall project success
- In these tasks, you will collaborate with our central team of engineers, data scientists and tag specialists as well as our international offices.
- Create project plans, estimate workstreams, and drive teams to quality, timely delivery
- Drive project scope definition and translate into business requirements and solution conceptualization
- Plan and facilitate workshops; lead a room to align around an organizing idea
- Contribute to the growth of the business, leading proposal creation, responding to RFPs, expanding existing account footprints by identifying and converting upsell opportunities
- Experience leveraging Martech/AdTech tools (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud) and online acquisition channels (Search, Display, Social, etc.)
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital consulting, digital marketing, business strategy and analysis and strategy (Master's degree a plus but not required.
- Experience working with the data-driven marketing ecosystem of technologies including but not limited to:
- Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics),
- Developer tools (GTM, Tealium),
- Media tools (Ad server, search, display buying, social media),
- Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services),
- Data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau)
- Excellent written, visual and oral communication; fluency in storytelling and visual communications via slides and data visualization
- A proactive can-do approach to coach and lead teammates in-person and/or remotely.
