Role: GenAI Senior Copywriter
Location: India (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter with a passion for words, branding, and emerging technology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing short-form advertising copy across a range of formats, from snappy headlines and punchy social posts to AI-augmented campaign copy. You’ll work closely with our Editorial and Strategy teams to craft compelling, conversion-driven language that connects with modern audiences and aligns with brand tone and goals.
This isn’t your average copywriting job. We’re seeking someone who’s eager to work at the intersection of language and innovation. A keen interest in AI is a must, and prior experience using generative tools is highly preferred. Much of your work will begin with AI-generated drafts, which you’ll elevate into sharp, strategic final outputs.
What you will be doing:
- Write and refine high-impact, short-form copy for digital ads, social content, email marketing, and other fast-turn creative formats.
- Use Gen-AI platforms as part of your daily routine to enhance speed, scale and efficiency. Treating them as a part of your toolbox, with you at the helm for quality control, providing human-led excellence.
- Understand how to prompt briefs, edit and enhance AI-generated content to align with brand voice, message hierarchy, cultural nuances and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners — including Creative, Strategy, and Client Services — to interpret briefs and ensure copy effectiveness.
- Present and defend copy concepts internally and to clients, clearly articulating the rationale and strategy behind your choices.
- Participate in brand onboarding sessions to internalize tone, messaging pillars, and audience insights.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of brand style guides and messaging frameworks.
- Maintain awareness of cultural trends and platform behaviors to inform fresh, relevant language.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 6+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting concise, effective, and emotionally resonant short-form copy.
- Interest in and familiarity with generative AI tools — experience using AI in a content development context is a strong plus.
- Mastery of written English with a meticulous eye for grammar, rhythm, and voice
- Confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and respond to feedback thoughtfully.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
