A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Inside Ideas Group is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist – we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.

The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is tasked with demonstrating Google’s contribution to societies and economies of the countries where we operate. The team’s focus areas are demonstrating Google’s helpfulness in driving economic growth and showing Google’s digital responsibility in areas such as privacy, security and online safety. Through online and in-person courses, we strive to help women, Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) owners, and developers gain new skills to advance their careers and make their businesses more successful. With digital responsibility, we educate users on how to take control of their data and be vigilant online.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Digital Responsibility workstream expands in APAC, we need to create frameworks and repositories across different workstreams.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. Project Management across different workstreams covering the following aspects:
    1. Liaison with the agency partners to get the deliverables in place.
    2. Work with the respective PMM and create, follow project plan and timelines.
    3. Communicate with different country teams for execution checks and approvals.
  2. Collaterals and Assets
    1. Create a repository for the respective workstream with desired assets & collaterals.
    2. Manage the translation and localization process for marketing assets such as leaflets, websites, media campaigns, and social media content.
  3. Share best practices and learnings across the Asia-Pacific region via playbooks and program reports.
  4. Execute online/ offline marketing events which involves handling logistics for attendees, managing event branding (including booths, banners, and promotional items), and coordinating speaker schedules.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 to 6 years of full-time working experience in marketing or events/ PR agency in a program a management / project management capacity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, and able to lead projects independently taking full ownership of the project and driving it forward proactively.
  • Execution focused with an attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in complex organizations where working across boundaries and developing strong organizational relationships are keys to success.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills and ability to communicate with and influence senior cross functional stakeholders.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
