Work Shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am GMT+8

Work Setup: Onsite 3x a week

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

We at OLIVER (An In-House Marketing & Advertising Agency) are on the lookout for a Lead Copywriter. This resource will be working as an integral part of one of OLIVER’s global account (a global healthcare company).

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Role Responsibilities):

  • Responsibilities: Maximize internal communication effectiveness, ensure consistent messaging, develop communication plans, craft content, curate employee experiences, and act as a departmental liaison
  • Must be able to handle regular interactions with client’s country leadership team and provide them comms support
  •  Translate complex information into compelling narrative and visuals particularly within a company.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive information communication strategy.
  • Able to have some experience in strategizing key messages in terms of copy.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE (Required Soft & hard skills)

  • Proficiency in content strategy, including message development, audience identification, and brand voice.
  • Advanced knowledge of communication software and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones.
  • Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience
  • healthcare or IT-BPM industry experience (preferred, but not a deal breaker). 
  • Have to work from 3pm to 12 midnight PH time 
  • Have to be on-site 3 times in a week - Tuesday for sure
