Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia 

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Working in true collaboration with our client we have one goal in mind: ‘to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective Needs based content and digital media campaigns’. 

These brands are at the forefront of contemporary thinking, utilising in-depth insight for digital strategy and content advertising. They are also dedicated to sustainability and foregrounding a brand purpose, which means the work we do with them requires working creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale. 

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Social Media Executive with 2+ years experience to manage social networks for a top FMCG client. 

The successful candidate must have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, experience in beauty brand, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, and strategy. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:  

  • Your key role will be to create social media campaign and content; from observing trends, create strategy, and planning to execution 
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager to develop campaign strategy and growa brand’s social media performance 
  • Able to utilizing social media tools to analyze trends, sentiment, and gather insight 
  • Develop KOL marketing strategy and brief to support on-going campaign  
  • Able to define and analyze content performance on social media  
  • Understanding how performance marketing works and being able to collaborate in the creative process.  
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution 
  • Being able to create professional decks, structure a clear narrative, and develop a campaign metric to measure effective campaign approach. 
  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

  • At least 2 years related work experience from an advertising agency or start-up (passionate in beauty industry and experience in beauty or consumer goods industry will be preferred) 
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset, and creative 
  • Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and able to navigate content driven platform 
  • Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to come up with actionable points and good strategy to answer the brief/task. 
  • Creative-minded person who can think outside the box and has a keen interest in following the latest trends (especially related to beauty industry) on all social media platforms 
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to draw up eye-catching and relevant content 
  • Have good critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills to work under pressure with a tight deadline and multiple works 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
