Role: Assistant Creative Service Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
About the role:
Working in true collaboration, at U-Studios we have one goal in mind: ‘to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective needs-based content and digital media campaigns’.
What you will be doing:
- Trafficking workflow for the onsite studio. Decision maker of where and how work is funnelled through the Studio and wider agency.
- Quick learning in system for financial & commercial controlling management.
- Willing to work with large paperworks, documents, vendor forms. Administration skill to manage multiple internal data numbers.
- Documenting the triage process for whole site studio.
- Sensitive on numbers to do Monthly & Quaterly report on assets.
- Project management skill.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience working with offshore 3rd parties and implications of this. E.g. financially and operationally
- Knowledge in cross-platform assets: e.g. ideation campaign, digital film, banner digital display, website and video – to advise in triage of new briefs.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability and confidence to Liaise with Client Stakeholders
In short, we work as back-end role, focusing in System/Paperwork/Traffic workload management with core valid skills:
- Traffic Management: Very sensitive in human communication, familiar with “Online/Digital Assets” to be able to understand the resources needed.
- System: Very patient with number, excel, paperwork & system.
- Paperwork & Process management: Paperwork management; patient when training & onboarding new process of finance, paperwork.
