About the role:
Step into a pivotal leadership role at OLIVER Agency where you'll shape the excellence of our global in-house studio operations for a leading technology client. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll guide a diverse and talented group to deliver outstanding outputs, driven by clear goals and KPIs. You'll champion a follow-the-sun model, ensuring continuous support across worldwide markets and hubs. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI solutions, you'll streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your leadership will foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work.
We are looking for a skilled Copy Lead to join our creative team. This role involves managing written content across various platforms, while ensuring alignment with our brand's strategic goals. The Copy Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand's voice to life.
What you will be doing:
The work covers all the client scope in the written medium, being that:
- Campaign creative concept, naming, taglines; master copy deck
- development of copy for all possible assets (mostly new product innovation copy, web, organic, print media and online media)
- creative activations
- scripts for campaign contents and films
- editorial and TOV guidelines
- E-mail and other text-based communications to partners, employees, customers.
- Care and ownership of the brand tone of voice and style.
- Presentations: Storytelling and content concepts
- Discussion of ideas with stakeholders
- Foster a healthy partner relationship with the client
- Non-ego collaboration mindset is a must; there’s no tolerance for racism, sexism, or any form of prejudice.
- Content Development: Create persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including digital, print, and video.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand voice across various channels.
- Collaboration: Partner with design and project teams to develop cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: Lead the copy development process, managing timelines and revisions to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Review content for accuracy and clarity, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into content creation.
- Transcreation and Translation: Oversee content adaptation for different markets, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Mentorship: Support copywriters, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Over 10 years' experience in an advertising agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record in creating compelling copy that achieves business goals.
- Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business.
- Ability to plan and strategize high-profile projects with a persuasive and confident creative approach.
- Excellent communication skills and effective team management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Driven by curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
- Familiarity with creative processes and techniques, including both traditional and digital media.
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Adheres to internal processes and brand guidelines.
- Confident in presenting and communicating clearly to teams and clients.
- Experience leading creative teams and projects across different geographies.
- Expertise in SEO and UX copywriting.
- Understanding of listening dashboards and query analysis.
- Strong B2B and technical knowledge.
- Appreciation of technology industry insights.
- Desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn.
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes.
