Role: Content Project Manager

About the role:
OLIVER is a global marketing agency who exclusively designs, builds, and runs bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site, or offsite in our hubs.
We are looking for a Content Project Manager to work with a leading manufacturer of consumer packaged goods on their Content and Production team.
As a Content Project Manager, you must be a strategic thinker, have a strong understanding of local insights, clear understanding of how to read and understand media plans and specs, have outstanding writing and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment across multiple teams, organizations, and geographies.
This role will be client-facing, where there will be ongoing face-to-face meetings working closely with the client, and external, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful delivery of content to designated platforms.
What you will be doing:
- Compliment the Content and Production Strategy Lead in overall content operations within OLIVER.
- Instrumental in orchestrating overall ways of working and partner agency collaboration. Ensuring open communication and connectivity between various stakeholders.
- Drive uniformity and consistency in operations and processes between all global markets.
- Project tracking and reporting throughout the planning process to roadmap current and future projects for their regions.
- Assist in facilitating Content Order Forms and providing guidance on prioritization for their regions.
- Quality control on a regional level regarding talent, photography and stock image usage rights ingestion and renewals.
- Partner with asset management team on organizing and tracking assets within their library
- Finding and locating assets for localization usage
What you need to be great in this role:
- Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Previous experience in resource and production services sourcing.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
- Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.
- Proactivity and a willingness to ensure project success.
- Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top-tier agency service.
- Proficient in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP - Workflow) technologies a plus.
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods.
