We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing high-profile, complex projects within a creative agency. This role demands strategic foresight, leadership, and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining creative excellence.
The Project Manager will be instrumental in orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across creative, production, and client service functions. You will not only drive projects from brief to delivery but also act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with business objectives while optimizing resources for maximum efficiency and impact.
Success in this role requires a strong background in digital content and integrated campaigns, confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, and the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks proactively.
Most importantly, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies. Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical

What you will be doing:
Project Leadership & Strategy:
- Own and drive high-profile, integrated creative projects, ensuring they align with broader business and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across creative, strategy, and account teams to develop clear, actionable roadmaps for campaign execution.
- Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
- Identifying, exploiting and managing ad hoc opportunities when they arise.
- Working with account teams to agree and create timing plans and estimates within our internal Traffic system.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Project Delivery
- Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resource where necessary.
- Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
- Work closely with Digital / TV / Print Producers to unify skills needed to execute integrated campaigns.
- Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary.
- Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.
Reporting
- Provide job reporting to the Design Lead (DL) on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly to budget and schedule.
- Ensures they understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalates any queries concerning invoicing, or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the DL and AM.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency. (at least 3+ years in similar roles)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining creative and operational excellence.
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
- Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships and influence decision-making.
- Used to leveraging the experience of video and photography Producers as part of a holistic approach to campaign execution.
- Previous experience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling.
- Previous experience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
- Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.
- Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
- Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
- Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Mangers in the life cycle of a digital project.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.
