Role: APAC Regional Creative Campaign Manager & Producer, Pixel Cultural Marketing Vendor
Location: Mumbai, India
Work timings: 5:30am to 2:30pm

As our Devices and Services Marketing organisation in Asia Pacific continues to grow, we’re looking for a product marketing manager to join the Brand & Creative APAC team. This team co-builds marketing campaigns, creates product launch assets, develops regional strategies across all our Pixel, Fitbit and Nest products.
The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted, innovative marketing problem-solver who is passionate about product and the importance of cultural relevance for brands in particular youth and sport marketing including sports, entertainment, and travel. They are also experienced in applying consumer insights to cultural marketing strategies and have planned and executed cultural partnerships.
The candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguity. The candidate must be a solid and clear communicator, a team player, and proven ability to deliver world-class work.
What you will be doing:
Creative strategy, production, project management and delivery for regional Cultural Marketing workstreams across Partnerships, Social & Influencer for APAC:
- Lead the development with PMMs on regional cultural marketing frameworks, playbooks and toolkits for local markets
- Support regional cultural marketing creative strategy across multiple workflows across sports, music, film, entertainment.
- Lead the complex asset development of cultural marketing workstreams including Partnerships, Influencer and Social to drive impact against Brand goals - including complexity with IP owners and ensuring all rights are cleared with Business Affairs partners.
- Collaborate deeply with Global Brand and US Cultural Marketing Leads and Local Consumer Leads to enable senior strategic and production program discussions across GRL driving from strategy to implementation.
- Deliver APAC Trusted Voices Strategy and regional programs with global, regional and local teams
- Deliver the set up and uptake of of Cultural Marketing GRL, agency model and measurement plans
- A collaborative partner to both global and local teams at a senior level, and able to connect the dots on complex workstreams.
What you need to be great in this role:
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
- ~5+ years of relevant work experience with a mix of brand / consumer and cultural marketing
- Proven success negotiating with partners and co-creating with agencies to create experiences that execute on brand goals
- Proven experience in working with agency partners to establish partnership strategies
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, agencies, partners and scaling programs globally
- Strong ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management (internal and externally with partners), and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with agencies, XFN partners and to rally teams around a specific mission
- Experience working sponsorship / creative agency or client side marketing role
- Proven ability to influence others
- Ability to prioritise their workstreams
- Comfort level to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Able to work in a deadline driven, and techy, data orientated work environment.
- Experience in managing agencies is a bonus
- Experience working with global partners on sponsorship deals
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
