Role: Brand Campaign Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Brand Campaign Manager to lead our marketing initiatives from concept to completion. This role is designed for a strategic professional with a deep creative pulse who can bridge the gap between ambitious brand concepts and meticulous, efficient execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-production brand films, navigating the evolving influencer ecosystem, and ensuring our brand remains at the center of cultural conversations through expert social media strategy and real-time event coverage.

What you will be doing:

Campaign Strategy and Creative Oversight

  • End-to-End Management: Lead the full lifecycle of integrated brand campaigns, including strategic planning, conceptualization, and multi-platform distribution.
  • Creative Filtering: Act as the primary gatekeeper for creative proposals, utilizing a strong aesthetic sense to identify and prioritize only the most "culturally relevant" ideas for final execution.
  • Content Production: Oversee high-profile brand film shoots, focusing on high production value while maintaining a rigorous eye on production economics and agency efficiencies.

Social Media and Platform Expertise

  • Platform Mastery: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies across Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms, ensuring content is optimized for specific audience algorithms.
  • Real-Time Engagement: Provide on-ground coverage for high-profile events to capture and amplify brand moments as they happen.
  • Trend Integration: Identify and leverage pop-culture trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging for target demographics.

Influencer Marketing and Partnerships

  • Ecosystem Management: Navigate the influencer marketing landscape to identify and secure partners that resonate authentically with our target audience, particularly Gen Z segments.
  • Collaboration: Manage relationships with influencers to co-create bespoke content that drives high engagement and brand affinity.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on influencer ROI and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Data & Performance Measurement

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI and performance metrics across all integrated brand initiatives. The agency will help with this, but the candidate will be expected to connect dots for internal reviews/presentations.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for optimization and future strategy via wrap reports/decks.

AI Integration & Efficiency

  • Proactively leverage generative AI tools and technologies (Google products only) across all creative and operational work streams to significantly enhance content turnaround time and production efficiency.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong understanding of the Gen Z female demographic and their media consumption habits.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery timelines in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage complex budgets and agency relationships to ensure maximum creative output for the investment.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
