Role: Creative Marketing Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, India

 

About the role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving outcomes for content creation and production projects across various Product Areas (PAs), significantly impacting key results. As a creative leader, you will spearhead the production of cutting-edge content and media products that cater to diverse audience needs, contributing to long-term strategic development.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Content & Media Leadership: Lead the end-to-end content creation and production processes within and across Product Areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and audience needs.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the long-term strategy for content and media initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute multiple content and media projects, overseeing all phases of production including pre-production, physical production, and post-production.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in content and media design, development, writing, production, publishing, and operations, providing guidance and insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving: Generate innovative ideas to address complex product, design, and production challenges, utilizing multiple approaches to develop optimal solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of content and media projects with broader company objectives.

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Proven experience in creative marketing or content production, with a focus
    on managing complex projects across diverse media platforms.
  • Expertise in content and media design, development, writing, and production processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Experience in the technology or digital media industry.
  • Familiarity with Technology products and services.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies  
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
