About the role: 

OLIVER is a global marketing agency.  Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site or offsite in our hubs. OLIVER partnered with adidas in 2015 building out a language localisation team and since then we have launched 5 other teams spanning from shoot production to toolkit creation and we are now embarking on our biggest venture with them on building a centralised adaptation global team. 

With an unmatched history and tradition of creating iconic products, consumer connections and experiences, adidas has been defining sport culture since the beginning. And they’re not done. We are working with adidas to build a dedicated global centralised adaptation dedicated team, which will deliver all their global localised remastering and adaptation needs. 

Our team will support adidas’s global markets from our centralised offices as well as being onsite/near-site with the clients in these markets. The support will span from eCom, social, print and their retail content needs. This team will serve as adidas’ bespoke global adaptation global agency, working at the heart of their business. 

We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands, who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic. 

The role is perfect for someone who is excited to kick off their career in an agency and who is hungry to learn and develop in an account management function. This team delivers an exceptional level of client service and creative thinking, as well as having an active role in driving efficiencies and lead growth across all the categories including Originals, Football, Running, to name a few.  You will be providing a level of valuable support to this team to ensure we work as efficiently as possible. 

 

What you will be doing: 

Being a support to your team of account managers by: 

  • Setting up projects on behalf of our APAC AM’s in our end-to-end project management system (OMG) 
  • Assist in the execution of management reports 
  • Write statuses and minutes within meetings. 
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for team. 
  • Support the APAC AM’s in providing the best service and solution through close partnership in the key market.  
  • Communicating to clients on the status of projects on behalf of your APAC AM. 
  • Support your account managers manage local client engagement and relationship management.  
  • Liaise with producers and creative teams on behalf of your account manager to ensure progress and updates are made. 
  • Manage small projects through the project life-cycle with the support of your account manager. 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Basic experience working either client or agency side or a relevant marketing degree. 
  • A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand. 
  • Hunger to learn and develop your career in an account management arena. 
  • Great communication, organisational and multitasking skills.  
  • Competent in presenting and communicating both with the internal teams and with clients.   
  • Able to facilitate admin tasks at pace with an eye for detail.   
  • Must be able to converse in English as a basic requirement. 
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
