Role: APAC Social Media Manager 

Location: Delhi, India

Work timings: 7:00am to 4:00pm

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop and drive owned social platform strategy and learnings that align with overall business objectives and brand positioning across Meta, X, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.
  • Manage APAC Social Booster Program for operations, finances, strategic learnings and performance tracking
  • Develop audience strategies for each platform to help drive greater effectiveness and relevance
  • Guide agency partners to develop insightful booster and owned channel performance learnings based on Social Health Index
  • Lead APAC account management, account governance and account opening/closing process
  • Develop and manage social marketing activities for the APAC region, including always-on content, and social campaigns that drive results depending on the goal of product and service activations.
  • Manage and organise owned social media channels, including content calendars, publishing, and community management.
  • Oversee all content on owned social channels, including copy, creative assets, and publishing. Liaise with internal stakeholders to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design.
  • Manage APAC's social budget and oversee the social budgets of individual countries.
  • Lead the development and execution of social media campaigns and programs across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage relationships with media and agency partners to ensure the effective execution of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement social media crisis management plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on social strategy and execution to capture the brand’s presence and engagement with end-users.
  • Manage analytics, track audience growth and generate campaign-specific metrics.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with influencers throughout various verticals to increase authentic advocacy and brand love.
  • Collect and share insights and trends from social communities to improve future campaigns
  • Will also be a part of special project this year

 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience required into Social Media across APAC region
  • Strategic Campaign & Content Management: Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars for the APAC region.
  • Budget & Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage and oversee social media budgets for the entire region and individual countries.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Proven experience in managing relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in using analytics to track performance, measure growth, and derive actionable insights.
  • Crisis Management & Trend Analysis: Adept at monitoring social trends, competitor activity, and implementing crisis management plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking and comfortable with data backed decision making
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with independence, strong sense of ownership and ability to form own point of view and recommendations. 
  • Proven team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and innovative thinking for campaign roll out.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
