Role: Senior Integrated Designer / Multimedia Designer
Location: Mumbai, India
Work Timings: 7:30am to 4:30pm
About the role:
The Integrated Designer / Multimedia Designer is responsible for driving the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns and content. You will collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, AI designers, and to bring UL beauty, luxury, and premium consumer stories to life through sophisticated and engaging visuals.
What you will be doing:
Creative Development:
- Lead motion graphics and video content creation for global campaigns.
- Turn complex briefs into innovative motion assets for all platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure visual storytelling is effective.
- Mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality and creative team output.
- Track motion design trends and recommend new creative approaches regularly.
- Ensure all content adheres to UL branding and creative standards.
- Efficiently deliver multiple projects, meeting all deadlines and budgets.
- Provide creative input at every project stage and present ideas.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency with After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
- Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
- Knowledge of video editing, color grading, and sound integration.
- Familiarity with rendering processes and file optimization for digital platforms.
- Ability to storyboard, animate, and create compelling visual narratives.
- Understanding of current motion design trends and visual storytelling techniques.
- Experience integrating AI tools or assets into motion workflows is a plus.
Content Production:
- Manage end-to-end production of motion graphics and animated videos.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and asset lists for projects.
- Oversee animation, editing, sound design, and post-production processes.
- Ensure all content is optimized for platforms (web, social, mobile).
- Coordinate with producers, editors, and creative teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain high technical and visual quality across all produced content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during production and delivery.
- Archive and organize project files following studio standards.
What you need to be great in this role:
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in motion design, animation, or related creative field.
- Proven track record delivering motion graphics for global brands or agencies.
- Experience leading end-to-end video and animation production processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling.
- History of collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams.
- Prior experience mentoring junior designers or creative team members.
- Experience working efficiently on tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Familiarity with integrating AI or emerging technology in creative workflows.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in After Effects for motion graphics.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite design tools.
- Skilled in 3D animation using Cinema 4D.
- Strong video editing and color grading knowledge.
- Experienced with sound design and content optimization.
- Able to integrate AI tools into workflow.
