Role: Sports Marketing Executive

Location:  Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About the role:

This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's in-house studio embedded with a global sports brand as a SPOMA & Ambassador Relations (AR) Executive, delivering brand ambassador programme management across Vietnam.

SPOMA (Sport Marketing) is built on long-term relationships with athletes, influencers, and community figures who bring the brand to life. You'll be at the centre of this — tracking ambassador deliverables, coordinating logistics, managing product seeding, and ensuring every partner receives the support they need to show up brilliantly for the brand. Based in Vietnam, you'll manage a rotating portfolio of approximately 50 SPOMA and AR core team members throughout the year, working closely with brand, social, and operations teams to keep the programme running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor and track deliverables for SPOMA and AR core team members against their signed agreements — including event attendance, social media posts, and campaign photoshoot participation
  • Follow up on returned benefits for ambassadors, including cash payments and product benefits, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Support the execution of race events and sports team activations under signed Brand Partner contracts (estimated 1–2 races and 2 sports team activations per year)
  • Support brand discussions and day-to-day relationship management with SPOMA partners
  • Coordinate AR core team logistics, manage partner communications, and support regular AR activity scheduling and execution
  • Work with the Social Media Manager on content planning and posting for the AR Saigon and Hanoi Facebook communities
  • Produce clear, accurate SPOMA and AR reporting to track programme performance against targets
  • Collaborate with Brand and Customer Support/Operations teams on product ordering and seeding preparation for SPOMA and AR core team members
  • Contribute to event and seeding strategy that strengthens ambassador engagement and brand connection

What you will need to be great in this role:

  • Experience working in a digital, influencer marketing, or KOL agency environment
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail across operational tasks
  • Comfortable managing relationships across multiple partners, KOLs, and communities at the same time
  • Proactive and solutions-focused — you identify issues early and act on them at the ground level
  • Experience supporting or executing digital, influencer, or integrated marketing campaigns (IMC)
  • Professional proficiency in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Professional proficiency in Vietnamese for local partner and community engagement
  • A genuine passion for sport and an understanding of sports culture and community
  • Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to marketing and operations, with a curiosity for how AI can improve workflow and output quality
