Role:  GenAI Account Executive

Location:  Bangakok, Thailand

About the role:

Account Executive, you'll support the Account Director in managing and coordinating project delivery at a local market level within Unilever's Beauty category, while overseeing the flow of creative work between local clients and centralised hub teams.

This is a dual-function role — part client relationship management, part project coordination — requiring someone equally comfortable in a client conversation and a production schedule. You'll bring clarity to briefs, rigour to timelines, and accountability to delivery across beauty campaigns that span social, digital, and video formats.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day health of your projects: tracking progress, consolidating feedback, managing expectations, overseeing quality control, and ensuring nothing is lost between local markets and hub-based creative teams.

What you will be doing:

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for local market Unilever Beauty stakeholders, delivering responsive, proactive client service across the beauty portfolio
  • Build trusted client relationships, translating Beauty category objectives into clear, actionable briefs that set the studio up for success
  • Support the Account Director in managing broader account relationships, attending client meetings and ensuring actions are captured and followed through
  • Develop a genuine understanding of the Beauty category — consumer trends, platform behaviour, and content formats that resonate with beauty audiences
  • Identify and flag opportunities to improve client service, workflow, or output quality

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery at a local market level, owning timelines, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Beauty campaigns
  • Act as the central liaison between local market Beauty clients and hub-based creative teams — ensuring briefs are clear, feedback is consolidated, and creative outputs meet local market requirements
  • Manage project timing plans across multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks or delays and escalating to the Account Director
  • Partner with studio and production teams to sequence workloads and maintain delivery momentum across beauty content pipelines
  • Keep all project documentation — briefs, status reports, feedback loops — accurate, current, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders
  • Support the Account Director in reporting on project status across the local Beauty market portfolio
  • Ensuring the work delivered is of the highest standard by managing robust quality control protocols.

Financial Management

  • Support accurate and timely billing, tracking project finances and reporting revenue to the Account Director
  • Develop working knowledge of project profitability; flag financial risks early
  • Raise and track purchase orders; support invoice management in line with studio processes

Content & Channel Awareness

  • Develop a strong working understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and production requirements relevant to Unilever's Beauty category
  • Support the development and coordination of content strategies across relevant platforms, including online reputation management (ORM) activity suited to beauty brand environments
  • Stay curious about beauty consumer culture, platform trends, and emerging content formats that could strengthen campaign delivery

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience in an account management, project management, or client-facing production role — agency, in-house, or client-side
  • Exposure to beauty, personal care, or FMCG brand environments — understanding of the category, its consumers, and its content demands
  • Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams; able to manage expectations and keep diverse stakeholders aligned
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and coordinate with hub-based creative teams in a multi-market environment
  • Solid understanding of content production workflows — from brief to delivery — across digital, social, and video formats relevant to beauty
  • Familiarity with project management tools and production tracking systems
  • Commercial awareness: understanding of billing processes, project budgets, and profitability
  • Experience working within or alongside in-house studio environments is beneficial

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Growing proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to account management and content workflows
  • Curiosity about how AI can improve project coordination, brief quality, and delivery efficiency
  • Willingness to build prompting skills and develop AI-assisted ways of working

Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex, multi-market delivery challenges into clear, manageable steps and find efficient paths forward
