What you will be doing:

  • Own GTM strategies and campaign roadmaps for short‑form video and social shopping activations across owned, partner and paid channels.
  • Brief, manage and coordinate agency partners and third‑party vendors to ensure timely, on‑brief delivery.
  • Build and run influencer and creator programs: recruitment, onboarding, activation, optimization and scaling.
  • Identify and partner with short‑form creators and influencer networks across languages and regions.
  • Design and run experiments to discover high‑impact creative formats and creator archetypes.
  • Ensure agency execution aligns with briefs, brand guidelines and partner requirements.
  • Manage content calendars, creative approvals, publishing schedules and paid amplification as needed.
  • Define success metrics, set up tracking and reporting, analyze performance and translate findings into optimizations.
  • Monitor social trends and listening signals; surface risks, opportunities and potential brand issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategy, secure resources and present performance to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous optimization of influencer plans based on learnings and results.

What you will need to be great in this role:

  • Campaigns consistently meet or exceed reach, engagement and conversion KPIs.
  • Scalable, repeatable creator programs that deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong agency and partner relationships with smooth execution.
  • Actionable insights and experiment learnings that inform future strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing (agency or client side), with experience in short‑form video and social shopping ecosystems in India.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple campaigns and manage complex budgets.
  • Data‑driven mindset and experience with analytics, A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, proactive problem solving and stakeholder management.

Preferred:

  • Experience with social analytics and listening tools.
  • Experience working across markets or with regional/global social teams.
  • Familiarity with social commerce and performance measurement for shopping activations.
  • Interest in AI and emerging content technologies; ability to learn and apply AI tools to creative and workflow optimization.
