Role: Gen AI Graphic Motion Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA

About the role: 

We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI Graphic Motion Designer to join our creative agency in San Francisco. This role combines cutting-edge AI-powered design skills with traditional motion graphics expertise to create compelling visual content for a leading B2B finance solutions company. The Motion Designer create dynamic motion graphics, animations and videos using both traditional and AI-powered tools, leveraging generative AI tools (including Pencil) to accelerate and enhance the creative process.

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop visually compelling video content for digital platforms, social media, presentations and other platforms
  • Adapt brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all animated content
  • Collaborate with creative teams to execute campaign concepts
  • Stay current with emerging AI design technologies and techniques
  • Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients
  • Optimize workflows by effectively combining AI tools with traditional design processes
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation
  • Optimize AI prompts to achieve consistent, on-brand creative outputs
  • Stay current with evolving generative AI technologies and methodologies
  • Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
  • Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design and storytelling
  • An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
  • An understanding of UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends
  • Motion and video skills using After Effects. & Premiere. Storyboarding Animation concepts
  • Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
  • Experience in XXX sectors.
  • Experience working with XXX products.
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in: o Digital

  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $93,500.00 to $104,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
