About the role:

OLIVER is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support our newest global financial and investment services account. This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's award-winning in-house studio embedded with Fisher Investments, as a Project Manager delivering seamless creative operations for one of the world's leading independent investment advisers. You'll orchestrate creative excellence across direct response campaigns, educational content, and multi-channel marketing materials. As a remote team, you'll coordinate a talented team of motion designers, copywriters, and integrated designers. You'll be the operational backbone behind creative campaigns that connect our team with our partner and stakeholders. Working at the intersection of creative excellence and financial services compliance, you'll transform investment-focused briefs and strategic requirements into coordinated workflows that deliver impactful content across multiple channels. We're looking for someone who can balance creative ambition with regulatory precision, finding efficient processes that accelerate delivery without compromising financial services standards. Success means consistently delivering compliant, compelling investment marketing materials on time and within scope.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate creative production across direct response campaigns, social content, educational materials that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Guide project timelines from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and informed
  • Collaborate with Fisher Investments stakeholders, legal teams, and compliance officers to streamline approval processes for investment marketing materials
  • Transform finance and investment-focused creative briefs into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, resource planning, timelines, and accountability and route work for approvals.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and approval processes specific to financial services and investment marketing
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance team productivity while maintaining compliance standards
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals across multiple organizational levels, from creative teams to senior leadership

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A track record of 3+ years managing creative projects in marketing, advertising, or design environments, with demonstrable ability to deliver complex campaigns on time
  • Knowledge of investment and financial services industry, including understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance considerations, and investment marketing best practices
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary creative teams and managing stakeholder expectations across various organizational levels with assertiveness, diplomacy and clarity
  • Strong capacity planning skills with experience scoping workloads and tracking team bandwidth across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience navigating compliance and approval processes, ideally within regulated industries like financial services
  • A solution-oriented approach that identifies inefficiencies and contributes practical improvements to established processes
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating reviews, managing expectations, and maintaining project momentum
  • The confidence to enforce workflows and project policies
  • Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience in financial copywriting counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, or specialized financial marketing training.
  • Strong process-driven mindset, comfortable working within structured systems (JIRA, Bynder, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft365, Mac OS, MRM project management software)
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $76,500.00 to $85,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
