About the role:
You'll be the account management backbone behind content workstreams that elevate the brand's market position. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development, and operational delivery, you'll translate business challenges into creative opportunities that deliver against ambitious KPIs. We're looking for someone who can navigate complexity with clarity, finding collaborative solutions that balance creative excellence with commercial reality. Success means being the trusted advisor who anticipates needs, resolves challenges, and enables the team to deliver their best work consistently.
What you will be doing:
- Lead strategic account planning that translates business objectives into actionable creative briefs and delivery roadmaps
- Guide complex stakeholder relationships across multiple teams, building trust through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving
- Create operational frameworks that streamline content creation and production workflows, improving efficiency and reducing time-to-market
- Build and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can contribute their best thinking
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and global teams to ensure work meets brand standards and business requirements
- Transform client feedback and market insights into clear direction that elevates creative output and campaign performance
- Shape account processes and client engagement models that scale with growing business demands
- Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and account management processes that deliver faster insights and improved outcomes
- Manage account financials including budget planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation that maximizes value and maintains healthy client relationships
- Stay ahead of consumer goods marketing trends and platform innovations to identify new opportunities
- Deliver content programs that increase meet KPI’s
What you need to be great in this role:
- A track record demonstrating strategic account leadership, with strong stakeholder management and operational planning skills
- Strategic thinking that connects brand challenges to creative solutions and measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, finding paths forward that satisfy all parties
- Expertise in content creation workflows, production processes, and campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
- A talent for distilling complexity into clear, actionable plans that align creative and commercial objectives
- The ability to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans with foresight, accountability, and commercial awareness
- An understanding of consumer goods marketing dynamics, from shopper insights to omnichannel activation strategies

- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from CAD $110,500.00 to CAD $123,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
