Role: Senior Integrated Designer
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
About the role:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative agency in San Francisco. In this role, the Designer will be working with a leading B2B finance solutions company, to create cutting-edge creative content that elevates their brand and marketing communications whilst also leading and mentoring other designers in the team. The Integrated Designer takes creative campaigns such as social and digital, sponsorships from brief to completion. This role will work closely with the Copywriter to provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets.
The candidate should demonstrate an interest in expanding their knowledge and use of GenAI tools. Training will be available on Pencil Pro and other AI tools to amplify the creative process.
What you will be doing:
- Design and develop creative assets for various marketing channels and campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation
- Experience in utilizing AI tools to create and iterate on design concepts.
- Stay current with evolving generative AI technologies and methodologies
- Present and explain creative work to clients and internal teams
- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Producing design / ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong integrated design and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of AI creative generations
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design and storytelling
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- An understanding of UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- A desire to learn and offer new skills (particularly digital) and do this without being prompted
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- Experience in finance sector a plus.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $127,500.00 to $142,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
