About the role:  

You'll be the creative force behind integrated campaigns and brand experiences that capture attention and drive brand awareness & reach. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, user experience, and visual communication, you'll translate complex briefs into compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences. We're looking for someone who can balance creative ambition with commercial awareness, finding design solutions that are both visually striking and strategically sound. Success means consistently delivering work that exceeds creative expectations while meeting business objectives and timelines. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Create standout visual concepts and campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels that drive brand awareness and engagement 
  • Develop comprehensive design systems and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints 
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to translate strategic insights into compelling creative executions 
  • Design user-centered digital experiences including websites, apps, and social platforms thatoptimizeengagement and conversion  
  • Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams andpartners, articulating designdecisions and strategic rationale  
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects frominitialconcept through final delivery, ensuring quality and timeline adherence  
  • Iterate and refine creative work based on feedback, performance data, and evolving client needs 
  • Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative creative culture within the team 
  • Stay current with design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform creative approaches 
  • Deliver work that achieves measurable results including improved brandperception, increased engagement, and enhanced user experience

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • A strong portfoliodemonstratingcreative excellence across multiple channels, with proven ability to develop concepts from strategy through execution  
  • Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office (Word, PPT) as well as modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms. Experience with simple to complex financial services charts and infographics is a must.  
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles including responsive design, user experience, and platform-specific requirements 
  • Experience designing for diverse channels including social media, web, email, print, and out-of-home advertising 
  • Strong conceptual thinking with ability to translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative solutions 
  • Proven collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams including strategy, copy, account management, and development 
  • Understanding of brand development and visual identity systems, with experience creating andmaintainingdesign consistency  
  • Knowledge of print production, digital asset optimization, and file preparation for various output requirements 
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate creative rationale to diverse stakeholders 
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints including budget and timeline
  • Financial sector experience preferred: Understanding of financial services branding, regulatory considerations, and industry visual language is valued. 
  • Advancedproficiencywith AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI) to enhance ideation, iteration, and asset creation  
  • Agentic approach to creative challenges: systematically exploring multiple design directions, identifying optimal creative solutions, and executing with clear creative reasoning  
  • Experience integrating AI workflows to improve creative quality, iteration speed, and concept exploration 
  •  Ability to train team members on effective AI tool usage while maintaining creative standards and originality  
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in creative contexts, with emphasis on human creativity and strategic thinking
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
