Role: Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois

About the role:

As Project Manager for the GSS team, you'll be the operational backbone of the studio. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you'll manage daily workflow, allocate resource, and ensure every job moves through the process efficiently and on time. You'll work closely with the wider account team to triage incoming briefs, track client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve the way the team works. Over time, you'll build deep knowledge of the capabilities of both the GSS and TCF teams — knowledge that will inform smarter resourcing decisions and better outcomes for the client.

 What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end workflow management for the GSS team — job intake, task allocation, timeline management, and delivery tracking.
  • Provide daily clarity on priorities and task lists to the creative team, enabling them to focus on high-quality creative work.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager with brief triage, ensuring jobs are correctly scoped and routed to the right resource.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the capabilities and capacity of the full GSS and TCF teams.
  • Track and monitor CSAT responses sent with every completed job, sharing insights and trends with the SAM, GAD, and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage OMG compliance requirements across all deliverables.
  • Oversee the upload of final assets to Bynder, ensuring files meet quality and naming standards before delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Serve as a clear point of communication between the creative team and account leadership, flagging risks early and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience in project management, traffic management, or studio operations within a creative, production, or marketing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communication — able to brief teams, manage expectations, and escalate issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms; experience with Bynder is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of creative production workflows and the ability to make fast, informed resourcing decisions.
  • Experience tracking client satisfaction data or delivery quality metrics.
  • Comfort with OMG compliance processes, or the ability to get up to speed quickly.

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality.
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to improve day-to-day efficiency.
  • An agentic approach to problem-solving — able to break down complex challenges, identify the most efficient path, and execute with clarity.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgement before acting on them.
