Job Description
At Olsson, we specialize in providing comprehensive construction management, administration, and observation services to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with project documents. Our construction services encompass daily observation and inspection, meticulous project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight of materials testing. We pride ourselves on delivering technically qualified personnel tailored to meet our clients' specific project requirements.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and direct a vertical facility project for a confidential client. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction management, with specific expertise in vertical facility projects. A background in surveying or vertical construction would be highly advantageous. You will be responsible for overseeing our survey teams working on the same site, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of their work with the overall project. You will also attend meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure that all project requirements and standards are met.
The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with clients and contractors to meet project schedule demands. Additionally, they must possess a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- A background in construction or surveying is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or another applicable field preferred but not required.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required.
