As a student intern on the Innovations team, you’ll take on high-impact work that challenges you to think big. This internship is part of Olsson’s corporate innovation efforts, focused on exploring new markets, evaluating business opportunities, and driving innovation. You’ll help identify opportunities, analyze ROI, and collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll explore advanced technologies - including AI, automation, and digital transformation—to drive innovation and expand Olsson’s capabilities. This opportunity connects you with industry professionals and technology experts, offering insights into how these innovations shape corporate growth. If you’re eager to blend business strategy with technology, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Exploring and assessing new lines of business and service opportunities.
- Conducting market research and ROI analysis to evaluate business models.
- Investigating emerging technologies for corporate innovation.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to refine ideas.
- Identifying problems and creative solutions that drive business growth.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications

- An interest or background in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
