Job Description
The Marketing Assistant assists the organization’s marketing service area and technical teams in positioning the firm to be excellent at winning and closing work. Performs routine marketing assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submittals, client intelligence, and/or market research.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizes and produces information and/or materials to be included in various marketing activities such as proposals, brochures, and presentations according to the firm’s standards.
- Communicates and meets deadlines for timely completion of project pursuits.
- Assists in the research, coordination and/or facilitation of client engagements.
- Assists in preparation of proposal efforts which may include gathering, verifying, and organizing information.
- Assembles information relevant to interview strategy and qualifications documentation.
- Maintains marketing information systems such as client files, resumes, project description files, and mailing lists.
- Provides support for client intelligence information analysis and distribution.
- Assists in developing background research on target markets and potential clients.
- Contributes to award submittal efforts.
We have one opening and will only consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE office location. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
- A self-motivated mindset along with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Skilled in technical writing, editing abilities, creativity, and a keen sense of design style.
