Engineering Manager (ConstructionTech) - Hybrid

In this pivotal role, you'll build and lead within our software engineering organization to deliver critical solutions for OneCrew customers that cement OneCrew’s place in the paving industry ecosystem. Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of software engineering experience in a high velocity environment

• 1-3+ years of direct software engineering leadership or management experience

• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices and how to orchestrate effectively

• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent

• Familiarity with nodejs, React, AWS, PostgreSQL tech stack a plus

• 6 -​ 10 years of experience in total as a software engineering with the past 2-​3 years as an engineering leader/manager
