Who You Are:
You are a strategic Salesforce leader with deep platform expertise and a track record of driving enterprise-scale transformation across sales, service, and experience clouds. With hands-on experience at Salesforce itself, you bring firsthand insight into the product roadmap, best practices, and how to unlock platform value. You thrive at the intersection of business strategy and technology, working with C-suite clients to modernize customer engagement, optimize operational processes, and lead large-scale digital initiatives. Whether advising on org strategy, integrating with broader ecosystems, or shaping go-to-market innovation, you are a trusted advisor, people leader, and growth catalyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce platform strategy and solution architecture for enterprise clients across industries
- Oversee complex multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, etc.)
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including C-level relationships and executive steering committees
- Drive business development, including account growth, pursuits, and platform-specific offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI/ML, Integration, Industry) to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce professionals, creating a strong culture of performance and learning
- Contribute to thought leadership and represent the firm at Salesforce events, webinars, and ecosystem forums
- Partner with Salesforce alliance teams to stay current on roadmap, co-sell motions, and co-delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including direct time at Salesforce (preferred)
- Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations across multiple clouds
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, governance, and release management
- Experience with industry solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.) a strong plus
- Track record of business development success and building trusted client relationships
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, and modern integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs)
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (or in-progress)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards
