Management Consulting Director (Technology Solutions) - Remote
Remote - USA
Who We Are:
We believe the next wave of enterprise value will be created — and captured — by those who master the orchestration of intelligence itself. Not just artificial intelligence, but Applied Intelligence: the purposeful fusion of human insight, machine learning, automation, and adaptive systems into a unified force of execution.
At Active, Applied Intelligence isn’t a capability — it’s the lens. The operating system. The silent infrastructure behind everything we design, build, and deploy. We don’t simply install AI — we apply it. Across every layer of a company’s go-to-market motion, operational backbone, and strategic execution. Whether it’s decoding customer signal in real time, embedding intelligence into complex workflows, or enabling agentic systems to take autonomous action — we move beyond optimization. We build systems that think. That evolve. That orchestrate. This is how we attack every challenge — internal or external, upstream or down. In Modern Marketing, we use Applied Intelligence to collapse the gap between signal and story, blending creativity with algorithmic precision to scale campaigns that adapt in-flight. In Digital Transformation, we rebuild core architecture not as static infrastructure, but as dynamic capability — layering AI, agentic logic, and human-centered design into every system touchpoint. And in
Enterprise Orchestration, we wire entire organizations to operate as one: cohesive, intelligent, and ready for the nonlinear future.
Enterprise Orchestration, we wire entire organizations to operate as one: cohesive, intelligent, and ready for the nonlinear future.
What makes us different isn’t that we use AI. It’s that we operationalize it — elegantly, contextually, and at speed. We act as both architect and activator: crafting the intelligence, deploying the agents, designing the flows, and integrating the feedback loops. We don’t just solve problems — we build learning systems that keep solving. This is why leading companies across industries trust Active: we don’t ask them to bet on tech trends. We help them build compound advantage, powered by systems that get smarter over time. This is the new horizon. Not automation for efficiency, but intelligence for growth. Not siloed transformation, but signal-powered orchestration. The companies that win will be those that apply intelligence, relentlessly and responsibly, into the way they build, move, and serve.
