Requirements:
This role requires the Regional Marketing Manager to reside in one of the following areas:
- Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
- Central or North Florida, with the ability to travel out of the Jacksonville or Orlando International Airport
Routine travel up to 40% within the designated East Coast market is required.
Candidates must have a MINIMUM of one of the following qualifications to be eligible for the role:
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Manager/Community Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline from an accredited university
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across a portfolio of multifamily communities on the East Coast.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing plans for assigned communities, aligned with company goals and local market trends.
- Oversee online presence, review platforms, and ensure timely updates to digital content across all channels.
- Conduct routine marketing audits to verify accuracy of community information, including photos, floorplans, amenities, policies, and contact details.
- Guide and support onsite teams in leveraging marketing tools and optimizing lead performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing-related transitions during property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Analyze marketing performance and key leasing metrics to assess results and make data-informed recommendations.
- Coordinate and execute social media content calendars and localized engagement campaigns.
- Assist with media creation needs including photo and video shoots.
- Prepare, manage, and reforecast annual marketing budgets for assigned communities.
- Collaborate with property ownership groups and asset management partners to align on marketing objectives, budget expectations, and performance benchmarks.
- Support internal marketing initiatives including team incentives, internal communications, and resident engagement programming.
- Represent Olympus Property in local apartment associations by attending events, maintaining relationships, and supporting community involvement and outreach opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Manager/Community Manager or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (with both strongly preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with Olympus ownership partners (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, leasing strategies, and customer engagement
- Technically savvy with proficiency in:
- Property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.)
- CRM Tools (e.g. Knock, EliseAI, etc.)
- Website CMS platforms (i.e. G5, RentCafe, Wordpress, etc.)
- Canva Visual Suite
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.)
- AI Tools & AI Prompting (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- Willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time
