This is a summer internship beginning in July 2026 and does require the ability to work onsite at our office location in Fort Worth, Texas, or Newport Beach, California.

Overview

Are you looking to dive into the fast-paced world of real estate? Olympus Property is seeking motivated, curious, and driven students to join our Summer Internship Program. This isn’t your typical "coffee-run" internship—this is an immersive, four-week journey designed to give you a front-row seat to the inner workings of a premier real estate firm.

What You’ll Do

During this program, you will rotate through various departments, gaining a 360-degree view of how we operate. You won’t just be watching; you’ll be collaborating directly with leadership and making a tangible impact.

• Departmental Rotations: Work alongside leaders in various departments to understand the diverse facets of the real estate business.
• On-Site Community Visits: Travel to our vibrant communities to see property management and operations in action.
• Cross-Country Exposure: Spend time at both our corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and our office in Newport Beach, CA, to see how our teams interact across different markets.
• Networking: Build meaningful professional relationships and expand your network with industry veterans and mentors.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Marketing majors preferred, but all are welcome).
• A strong interest in the real estate industry and property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between our Fort Worth and Newport Beach locations during the program dates.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn in a high-energy environment.

Hourly is a full-time internship; compensation for this role (depending on location and experience): $18 - 20/hr.
