Director, GLP-1 Product Marketing

Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to join our team.  This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator who can drive consensus across product, clinical and commercial teams.  In this role, we are looking for someone who can lead a team to synthesize market feedback, understand our business buyers, and their buying process, support product roadmap development, sales, and marketing efforts, continuing to widen the gap between Omada and our competitors. 

In this role we are looking for a player-coach who will lead a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support our GLP-1 program roadmap development, act as a subject matter expert with our commercial team, provide marketing strategy & execution for the GLP-1 program and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultants and employer audiences.  This role will be instrumental in driving strategy and design of the GLP-1 program, and will be a customer facing role. 

About you:

  • 10+ years experience in related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B audiences. 
  • 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Preferred experience in pharma, health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health..
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that frequently engages directly with customers through selling, product demos or account management. 
  • Experience with buyer research and insights, messaging/positioning, GTM plans, executing product launches, sales enablement, content marketing
  • Experience in marketing strategy & planning
  • Successful track record of developing competitive, insight driven product stories
  • Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver content including presentations, product guides, web content, and white papers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence, along with the ability to grasp and translate features into buyer benefits.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in high growth environments, working at scale.
  • Experience building brand level marketing plans and customer segment strategies. 
  • Leadership experience leading groups through strategic and planning exercises. 
  • Strong experience in creating KPIs and measurement plans to monitor marketing execution.
  • Bachelor degree in related field required.

As the Director, GLP-1 Product Marketing you’ve got an exciting job to lead the following critical efforts:

GTM Strategy Development

  • Partner with VP, GLP-1 on GLP-1 strategy & GTM planning
  • Be the voice of the customer for R&D and commercial teams, using insights gathered from research, data, marketing intelligence.
  • Help shape product and go-to-market road maps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer and member needs.
  • Clearly define and articulate our competitive position for our GLP-1 program
  • Stay on top of new indications, emerging research and competitive trends; translate them into POVs and share with the R&D and commercial team; partner with the Thought Leadership team to create content.
  • Lead packaging and pricing for our GLP-1 program to ensure alignment with the market.

Program Evolution & Launches  

  • Lead the GLP-1 program positioning & messaging (integrated with Cardiometabolic messaging)
  • Partner with Clinical Team on GLP-1 evidence generation needs & development of reports / thought leadership pieces 
  • Partner with Thought Leadership team on thought leadership planning & messaging 
  • Partner with Cardiometabolic PMM team on creation of the GLP-1 demo
  • Create the GLP-1 business case & cost containment calculator 
  • Create a variety of GLP-1 content types, including web landing pages, videos, presentations, ad copy, and in-person & virtual events, to drive business growth and marketing success.

Sales Enablement

  • Subject Matter Expert for GLP-1 program demos in partnership with sales & CX / SAM team 
  • Support large GLP-1 opportunities with sales pitches & sales deck support 
  • Support the Customer Experience team on requests / needs from clients on reporting 
  • Partner with Customer Effectiveness team on training sessions and materials for GLP-1s
  • Primary B2B Marketing POC for GLP-1s with Omada stakeholders (eg, commercial, product, clinical)

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $193,200 - $241,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $184,800 - $231,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
