As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners & Employee Relations, you will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to a group of our executive and senior leadership teams. You will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling leaders to build engaged, high-impact teams.
This role requires a strategic mindset, a bias for action, and deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change leadership. This role partners with executives and frontline leaders to develop and execute initiatives designed to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver on our People and Culture's mission of helping each Omadan be at their best and do their best work. The ideal candidate will contribute at both the hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing innovative culture as the organization scales and grows.
Your impact:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leaders and client groups, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Lead the development and execution of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
- Influence leadership decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
- Lead change navigation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions through company growth, restructuring, or process improvements.
- Identify and mitigate potential organizational risks while optimizing team effectiveness.
- Partner with leaders to develop and retain top talent, ensuring robust succession planning.
- Drive leadership capability-building initiatives that enhance people management skills.
- Collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition/internal mobility, and employee relations initiatives and programs that reinforce the company’s culture and values and are differentiators in the market.
- Drive the annual performance management cycle, including talent review (leadership development, succession planning and skills assessment) and year-end performance review and compensation administration.
- In partnership with our ER Manager, provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution and complex people issues, aligned with organizational policies and regulations/compliance requirements.
- Attend both functional and P&C strategic planning and department leadership meetings to align P&C initiatives with operational plans and execution.
- Help foster a culture of innovation, in an environment that requires high levels of scalability, security and reliability.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 12+ years of successful HR business partnering experience
- 7+ years progressively responsible experience in HR leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
- Passion for building the relationships required to be a trusted partner to business leaders and client groups to enable the execution of their business strategy and initiatives
- Core knowledge of human resources principles, concepts, and processes
- A desire to work in an agile, fast-evolving environment
- A strong business acumen with a track record of influencing and driving business outcomes through people strategies
- Expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, change management, and talent strategy
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- A builder mindset—willing to roll up your sleeves while also thinking strategically
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgement, solutions orientation, and flexibility
- Strong analytical mindset—ability to use people data to drive insights and recommendations
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to meetings as needed

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $184,000 - $230,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $176,000 - $220,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.
